Job summary

Sunshine Nursery School in Sudbury is recruiting for a full‑time Early Years practitioner to join our caring team. You’ll plan activities, observe progress, and support personal care for children under the Storal curriculum, while building strong bonds with families.

An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3 and experience across age groups within EYFS are required or advantageous. We offer a competitive hourly rate, 1000 welcome bonus, and generous staff benefits.

How you’ll spend your time here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
