Aspire People are currently recruiting Nursery Practitioners for private day nurseries in and around Sutton Coldfield. Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities available, with roles for Level 2 and Level 3 qualified professionals.

You will nurture young children aged 0-5, delivering high-quality care and education in a welcoming private setting, focusing on safeguarding and development through play and structured activities.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare required.
• Experience in a nursery or EYFS setting preferred.
• Good safeguarding awareness and commitment to child welfare.

Responsabilités

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing in line with EYFS.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 0-5.
• Plan and support age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play.
• Foster children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
• Recognise and support each child's individual needs and interests.
• Encourage confidence, independence and communication skills.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
• Work as part of a supportive Early Years team and follow nursery policies.
