Aspire People are currently recruiting Nursery Practitioners for private day nurseries around Sutton Coldfield. Roles include Level 2 and Level 3, with both full-time and part-time opportunities to suit your availability.

You will work with children aged 0-5, delivering high-quality care and education within EYFS guidelines. Join a supportive team and contribute to children’s learning and development in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare - essential.
• Experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good understanding of EYFS and child development.
• Genuine passion for working with young children.
• Caring, patient and positive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible, reliable and proactive.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Responsabilités

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing in line with EYFS.
• Provide safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for 0-5s.
• Plan and support age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play.
• Promote children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
• Recognise and support individual needs, interests and abilities.
• Encourage confidence, independence, communication and social skills.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
• Work as part of a supportive Early Years team.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
