Job summary

Aspire People is seeking enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join private day nurseries around Stirchley. Roles include Level 2 or 3 qualifications, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available to fit your availability.

You will work with children aged 0-5, delivering high-quality care and education, supporting play-based learning, safeguarding, and a nurturing environment within private nurseries.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Experience working in nursery or Early Years setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing in line with EYFS.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 0-5.
• Plan and support engaging activities that promote learning through play.
• Promote children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
• Recognise and support each child’s individual needs and abilities.
• Encourage children’s confidence, independence and communication.
