Job summary

Aspire People are seeking enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join nurseries in and around Kingstanding. This role covers Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications with both full-time and part-time opportunities, offering flexibility for Early Years professionals to support children's learning and development.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5, creating a safe, nurturing environment that encourages learning and development.

Qualifications

• EYFS framework understanding.
• Caring, patient approach with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with EYFS.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for ages 0–5.
• Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Recognise individual needs, interests, and abilities.
• Promote confidence, independence, communication, and social skills.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety policies.
