ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is seeking Level 3+ Early Years professionals to deliver high-quality childcare in Telford and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible hours with full-day or PM shifts and a guaranteed minimum commitment of three days per week.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification or EYPS/EYTS/QTS with EYFS experience and have at least 4 months of UK nursery exposure with references. Training opportunities and support from a recruitment team are provided.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification or higher (UK recognised).
• EYPS/EYTS/PGCE/QTS with EYFS experience is acceptable.
• At least 4 months of full-time UK nursery/early years experience with references.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional care and learning for children aged 0–5 within EYFS.
• Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies.

Nursery Practitioners & Teaching Assistants – Telford

We are currently seekingLevel 3+ Early Years professionalswho are passionate about delivering outstanding childcare.

• Location:Telford and surrounding areas
• Flexible Hours:Full days (minimum 8 hours) OR PM shifts from 12:00 pm
• Between Monday and Friday
• Pay:Up to򣘢.80 per week(including holiday pay). This is based on a 40-hour week.
• Work Type:Flexible bank work (block bookings, full-time, or part-time)
• Guaranteed salarywith a minimum 3-day weekly commitment

What We're Looking For:
