Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Limited is seeking qualified Early Years professionals to deliver outstanding childcare in Warwickshire. Roles include nursery practitioners and teaching assistants with flexible bank work and 3–5 days per week contracts.

Requirements include UK-recognised Level 2+ Early Years/Childcare qualifications or equivalent, with EYFS knowledge and safeguarding compliance. Weekly pay and training opportunities are offered.

Nursery Practitioners & Teaching Assistants – Warwickshire

We're seeking qualified, experienced Early Years professionals who deliver outstanding childcare.

Bank work: Flexible (Block bookings/Full-time/Part-time)

Shifts: Monday to Friday (Full days – 8 hours minimum, or PM shifts from 12 pm)

Salary: Up to £16.25 per hour (including holiday pay)

Contract: Ongoing contract, 3-5 days per week, guaranteed salary with minimum 3-day weekly commitment.
