Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is seeking qualified Early Years professionals for Nursery Practitioners and Teaching Assistants in Northampton and surrounding areas. You’ll deliver high-quality care and learning for children aged 0–5 within the EYFS framework, ensuring safe and inclusive environments.

We offer flexible bank work with full-time or part-time blocks, minimum 8 hours per shift and a minimum 3-day weekly commitment, with opportunities across high-quality nursery settings and support

Qualifications

• Level 2 (or higher) qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised).
• EYPS, EYTS, PGCE or QTS with EYFS experience.
• At least 4 months of full-time UK nursery/early years experience with references.

• Deliver care and learning for children aged 0–5 within the EYFS framework.
• Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
• Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies

Education

• Location:Northampton and surrounding areas
• Flexible Hours:Full days (minimum 8 hours) OR PM shifts from 12:00 pm
• Between Monday and Friday
• Work Type:Flexible bank work (block bookings, full-time, or part-time)
• Guaranteed salarywith a minimum 3-day weekly commitment
