Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a Good Ofsted-rated nursery in Ware, UK. This full-time role is 40 hours per week with a Level 3 salary of £28,900.

The environment is child-centred and focused on high-quality care and education, following the EYFS framework and safeguarding guidelines. You will join a supportive team and contribute to children’s learning and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience in nursery or early years setting.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Nurturing, child-centred approach to childcare.

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
