Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Wantage is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) to join our client’s setting, featuring a standout outdoor space and warm indoor facilities.

You will deliver high-quality early years education within EYFS, make full use of the outdoor environment to enrich daily learning, plan engaging activities, observe development, and build warm relationships with families and colleagues. DBS and right-to-work checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A warm, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for child development.
• Embraces outdoor learning and outdoor environment.
• Reliable, enthusiastic and a strong team player.
• Salary reflects qualification level; Level 3 candidates will be offered accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and early years education within your designated room.
• Make full use of the nursery's outdoor space to enrich daily learning experiences.
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS.
• Observe and document children's development, sharing progress with families.
• Build secure, nurturing relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Contribute positively to the team and uphold the nursery's warm, homely culture.

Up to £28,000 per annum | Full-Time, All Year Round

Our client's nursery has invested in something genuinely special - a standout outdoor space specifically designed to give children the freedom to explore, discover, and learn in the most natural way possible.

Combined with excellent indoor facilities and a warm, homely atmosphere where safety and happiness come first, this is a setting that practitioners and children alike love being part of. They are now looking for a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team.
