Willing care is hiring a Nursery Practitioner to provide warm, high-quality care and EYFS-based learning in a nurturing setting. You will plan engaging activities, observe development, and share progress with families.

• Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
• Making full use of the nursery's specially designed outdoor space to enrich children's daily learning experiences
• Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
• Observing and documenting children's development, sharing progress meaningfully with families
• Building secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's warm, homely culture Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A warm, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for child development
• Someone who embraces outdoor learning and appreciates a well-designed outdoor environment
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
