Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join a beautifully renovated nursery in Potters Bar, England. The setting is friendly, with light-filled rooms designed to inspire children's curiosity and love of learning.

You will provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, plan engaging, age-appropriate activities, observe and record progress, support routines, and build strong partnerships with parents.

Qualifications

• Full Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Creative, enthusiastic and hands-on approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and parents.

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join a welcoming nursery with a Good Ofsted rating. This is a lovely opportunity for an Early Years professional who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, building meaningful relationships with children and supporting their development through play.

Supporting Children's Learning

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS

What We're Looking For

• A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Confidence planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
• A creative, enthusiastic and hands-on approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• A caring, patient and reliable attitude
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of Early Years care and education
