Job summary

Nala Global Ltd is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our Stoke-on-Trent nursery. This role focuses on nurturing young children and supporting their development in a safe, stimulating setting.

You will work as part of a friendly team to deliver high‑quality care and education, building strong relationships with children and families while following safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification is desirable/required depending on role.
• Previous nursery or Early Years experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.
• Supporting children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities based around children’s interests and development.
• Observing and recording children’s progress and contributing to their individual learning journeys.

Nursery Practitioner

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: Up to £13.30ph dependent on qualifications and experience

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week

Contract: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Nala Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming and supportive nursery setting who are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and motivated Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting young children and helping them develop, learn and thrive in a safe and stimulating environment.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and education for children, supporting their development through engaging activities and positive interactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children
• Supporting children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues

A relevant Early Years qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare is desirable/required depending on the role.

Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting would be beneficial.
