Job summary

Nala Recruitment is seeking a Nursery Practitioner for a Banbury-based nursery. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary up to £13.70 per hour, dependent on experience, with start ASAP.

You will provide a safe, caring environment, support children's learning, build relationships with families and work as part of a supportive team. A Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification is required; prior nursery experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• A relevant Early Years qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare is required.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children
• Supporting children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities based around children’s interests and development

Nala Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming and supportive nursery setting who are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and education for children, supporting their development through engaging activities and positive interactions.

Your responsibilities will include:
