Job summary

Nala Global Ltd is recruiting a dedicated Nursery Practitioner for a Chesterfield/Clowne setting. You will support children's development through engaging activities in a safe, nurturing environment.

Permanent role with both full-time and part-time hours; salary up to £13.30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Early Years qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare is desirable/required depending on the role.
• Previous nursery or Early Years experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.
• Support children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Assist in planning and delivering activities based on children’s interests and development.
• Observe and record children’s progress and contribute to their learning journeys.

Salary: Up to £13.30 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Nala Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming and supportive nursery setting who are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and motivated Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting young children and helping them develop, learn and thrive in a safe and stimulating environment.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and education for children, supporting their development through engaging activities and positive interactions.

• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children
• Supporting children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities based around children’s interests and development
• Observing and recording children’s progress and contributing to their individual learning journeys
• Ensuring children’s health, safety and wellbeing are maintained at all times
• Supporting children with their personal care needs where required
• Working effectively as part of a wider nursery team
• Following the nursery’s policies, procedures and safeguarding requirements
• Creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported
