Job summary

Nala Recruitment are partnering with a welcoming nursery in Basingstoke to recruit a Nursery Practitioner. You will help provide high-quality care and education, support development through engaging activities and build strong relationships with children and families.

The role requires caring, patient individuals with a passion for early years and a Level 2/3 qualification. Full‑time hours and a competitive salary are on offer, with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A relevant Early Years qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare is required.
• Previous experience in a nursery or Early Years setting would be beneficial.

• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children

Nursery Practitioner

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: Up to £13.95 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications

Hours: Full-time, 40hr per week

Contract: Permanent

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and education for children, supporting their development through engaging activities and positive interactions.

• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children
• Supporting children's learning and development through age-appropriate activities
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities based around children's interests and development
