Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Nursery Practitioner for a small independent nursery in Selby. The role is permanent, full-time in the pre-school room, starting immediately, with a supportive team and a welcoming environment for young children.

You will support children's learning, development and wellbeing, uphold EYFS standards, and bring a caring, enthusiastic approach as part of a friendly nursery team.

Qualifications

• A relevant Early Years qualification.
• Experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting.
• Experience supporting pre-school aged children.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS.
• A caring and enthusiastic approach.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a nursery team.

Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a small independent nursery in Selby who are looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner. The setting provides a welcoming environment for young children and is looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join its team.

The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Practitioner on a permanent, full-time basis, working within the pre-school room. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children's learning, development and wellbeing while helping to provide a safe, engaging and positive environment.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A relevant Early Years qualification
• Experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting
• Experience supporting pre-school aged children
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• A caring and enthusiastic approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a nursery team
