Job summary

TeacherActive is working with an independent nursery in Yeadon to recruit a Nursery Practitioner for a full-time role with an immediate start. You will support children throughout their early development with engaging activities and help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare, have experience in an Early Years setting, understand EYFS, and bring a caring, enthusiastic approach with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Qualified with Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare.
• Experience in an Early Years or nursery setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Caring and enthusiastic approach with children.

Salary: £14.25 - £15.00 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an independent nursery in Yeadon, who are looking to welcome a Nursery Practitioner to their friendly team. The nursery provides a positive and supportive environment where staff are encouraged to develop their skills and further their qualifications.

The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Practitioner on a full-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children throughout their early development, providing engaging activities and helping to create a safe, caring and stimulating environment.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare
• Experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting
• A good understanding of the EYFS
• A caring and enthusiastic approach to working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to get stuck in
