Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Level 2/3 qualified Nursery Practitioner for an Otley role, with opportunities for part-time and full-time hours. You will support babies and pre-school children in an Early Years setting, contributing to a safe, caring environment and helping children learn daily.

The placement features a Forest School provision and a dedicated team, with ongoing CPD, market-leading pay and supportive onboarding.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years.
• Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS.
• Experience supporting babies and/or pre-school aged children.

Responsibilities

• Support within baby and pre-school rooms.
• Help provide a safe and stimulating environment while supporting learning and day-to-day care.
• Assist with activities and supervise children as required.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Early Years setting in Otley, supporting their search for Nursery Practitioners to join their team. The setting offers a welcoming and engaging environment, including a Forest School provision which gives children opportunities to learn, explore and develop through outdoor experiences.

We are looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to support within baby and pre-school rooms, with short-term, long-term, part-time and full-time opportunities available. The successful Nursery Practitioner will help provide a safe and stimulating environment while supporting children's learning, development and day-to-day care.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years
• Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• Experience supporting babies and/or pre-school aged children
• A caring and enthusiastic approach
• Adaptability and a willingness to get stuck in
