Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is seeking qualified Nursery Practitioners for Rugby and surrounding areas. Previous nursery or early years experience essential; Level 2+ in Early Years/Childcare is preferred. Roles vary across nurseries with flexible contracts and shifts from Monday to Friday.

Up to £16.25 per hour (including holiday pay) and opportunities to gain EYFS experience in diverse settings. We offer weekly pay, pension scheme, enhanced training for career progression, and free uniform

Qualifications

• Level 2 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised or equivalent).
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Experience in nurseries or early years settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5.
• Support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed.

Qualified Nursery Practitioners – Rugby & Surrounding Areas
Locations: Rugby and Surrounding Areas (Warwick, Southam, Leamington Spa, Daventry, Lutterworth, Northampton), working in a variety of nursery settings.

Contract: Flexible (Temporary/Part-time/Full-time)
Shifts: Available Monday to Friday (8-3/12-6/ 8-6/8-5/9-6 shifts may vary)
Salary: Up to £16.25 per hour (including holiday pay).
