Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is seeking qualified Nursery Practitioners for Banbury and surrounding areas. Roles include full days, AM/PM shifts, and lunch cover across multiple nurseries. Earn up to £14.57 per hour including holiday pay, with weekly pay and opportunities for progression.

Flexible shifts from part-time to full-time, supportive recruitment team, and enhanced training are provided to help you grow in your childcare career.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: Level 2 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised or equivalent).
• Experience: 1 year UK nursery experience is desirable.
• Knowledge: Understand EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5.
• Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed.

Education

Contract:Full days, AM's, PM's & Lunch Cover.
Shifts:Available Monday to Friday
Salary:Up to £14.57 per hour including holiday pay
