Job summary

Acr Recruitment And Training Ltd is seeking a Nursery Practitioner in Leicester, Leicestershire. The role offers flexible full-day shifts (AM/PM) Monday to Friday and pay up to £14.85 per hour, including holiday pay, plus a £100 sign-up bonus (T&Cs apply).

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised).
• 1 year UK nursery experience (desirable).
• Understanding of EYFS framework.
• Passionate, motivated, and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5.
• Support development in line with EYFS framework.
• Create safe, stimulating environments.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies.
