Job summary

Willingcare is seeking a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above) to join our welcoming nursery. You will support children aged 0–5 in a home-like setting, delivering play-based learning and EYFS activities.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate up to £14 and a 41-hour week. We value a warm, proactive attitude and strong teamwork to support curiosity, creativity, and development.

Qualifications

• Level 2+ qualification in Early Years (essential).
• Sound EYFS and safeguarding knowledge.
• Experience in nursery or early years setting.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Warm, enthusiastic, proactive attitude toward childcare.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate EYFS activities.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Act as Key Person and track development.
• Build relationships with parents and carers.
• Collaborate with colleagues for smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years (essential)
