Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Fleet is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly, supportive team in a renovated Victorian house nursery. You’ll plan engaging activities and build strong relationships with children and families to help every child develop confidence and essential skills.

The role focuses on EYFS-aligned learning, safeguarding, and a safe, stimulating environment with free-flow access to outdoor spaces; ongoing training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Recent experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Candidates without direct childcare experience are not suitable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities that support children’s learning and development.
• Work directly with children, supporting their needs and interests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.
• Support free-flow access and outdoor learning where applicable.
• Observe, record, and assess children’s progress in line with EYFS.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
