Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a welcoming nursery in Watford with a Good Ofsted rating. You will provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, using a personalised approach to support each child’s interests and development while building strong relationships with families.

The role emphasizes planning engaging activities, safety, and collaboration with a supportive team to deliver excellent standards of care and progression

Responsibilities

• Make the most of the nursery's age-specific rooms and large outdoor garden.
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Support children's individual care routines and developmental milestones.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistently high standards.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery with a Good Ofsted rating. The setting takes a personalised approach to care and education, ensuring every child feels supported while being encouraged to develop new skills and enjoy learning through play.

With bright, age-specific rooms and a large outdoor garden, the nursery offers plenty of opportunities for children to explore, get creative and build independence. You'll be joining a supportive team that believes learning should be fun, engaging and tailored to each child's individual needs
