Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Nursery Practitioner at Level 3 to join a beautiful nursery in Reading. The role offers a competitive salary (£27,000–£30,800 per year) and is full-time, all year round, in a supportive team that values child-led learning and outdoor exploration.

You will work within EYFS guidelines, plan engaging activities, and help children develop confidence and independence in a warm, nurturing environment.

Formación

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above is essential.
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and child development.
• Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities.
• Passion for child-led learning and outdoor exploration.

Looking for a nursery where you can bring your passion for Early Years to life in an inspiring, welcoming environment?

This beautiful, character-filled nursery offers bright, light-filled rooms and thoughtfully designed learning spaces, creating an environment where children are encouraged to explore, develop confidence and discover new skills through play.

Outside, children benefit from a large outdoor area featuring messy play spaces and a playground, providing plenty of opportunities for creativity, physical development and hands-on learning.

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and wants to be part of a supportive team where children are encouraged to flourish.

What We're Looking For

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development
• Confidence planning and supporting engaging, age-appropriate activities
• A passion for child-led learning and outdoor exploration
• A warm, patient and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine commitment to providing high-quality Early Years care and education
