Location: Morden (in Morden Park)

Role: Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 to QTS / EYT)

Setting: Nursery and Forest School

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year (D.O.E.)

Working Pattern: Full-time (4 days), Part-time, Apprenticeship

Key Responsibilities
  • Treat children as unique persons, respecting their rights, choices, cultures, and developmental stage.
  • Be approachable, calm, and a good role model; laugh, cry, and play.
  • Ensure the highest standards of education, care, hygiene, and safety, upholding all safeguarding regulations.
  • Help identify and foresee additional needs, providing physical, emotional, and intellectual guidance in partnership with parents.
  • Observe, interact, and assess child progress, planning activities to support and challenge them through play.
  • Be a supportive team player.
