Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nursery Manager for an early years setting in the UK. The role focuses on delivering outstanding care and education within a safe, stimulating environment and working closely with parents and children.

You will lead a team, manage daily operations, and drive commercial and people-focused objectives. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Early Years qualification, at least two years of EY experience, and strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years early years experience.
• EYFS knowledge and Ofsted framework familiarity.
• Early years management experience preferable.
• ICT qualification or strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Level 3 Early Years qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating nursery environment that promotes children’s learning.
• Manage day-to-day running of the nursery delivering high standards of care and education in partnership with colleagues, parents and children.
• Meet objectives and nursery targets with a commercial and people focus to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead the nursery team with a positive approach and manage conflicts, supporting professional development.
• Inspire and challenge colleagues to deliver the best childcare and education.
