Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nursery Manager in the United Kingdom to lead daily operations of a nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education. You will manage staff, engage with parents and children, and drive both educational outcomes and nursery performance.

The ideal candidate will hold Level 3 in Early Years, have at least two years of EY experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and knowledge of EYFS/Ofsted frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
• Minimum two years early years’ experience.
• Early years management experience preferable.
• ICT qualification preferable or very good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education inspection Framework.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment that promotes children’s learning.
• Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery delivering outstanding standards of care and education.
• Be accountable for meeting objectives and nursery targets with a commercial and people focus.
• Lead the nursery team with a positive and proactive approach and manage performance.
• Maintain minimum operating standards and promote equality and inclusion.
• Inspire and engage colleagues to deliver the best childcare and education.
