Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a busy early years setting in the UK. You will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of care and education, and work with staff, parents and children to deliver outstanding outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification, have at least two years of EYFS experience, and preferably nursery management experience, with strong ICT skills and excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
• Minimum two years early years experience.
• Early years management experience preferable.
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks.
• ICT qualification or very good knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming environment that promotes children’s learning.
• Manage day-to-day nursery operations delivering high standards of care and education.
• Meet nursery targets with a commercial and people focus.
• Lead the team with positive, developmental leadership and performance monitoring.
