Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd's client is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a warm, safe, and stimulating early years setting in the UK. You will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding care and education, and work with parents and staff to deliver a high-quality experience.

The successful candidate will hold at least Level 3 in Early Years, have strong EYFS/Ofsted knowledge, and be ready to drive team development and nursery profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
• Minimum two years early years’ experience.
• Early years management experience preferable.
• ICT qualification or strong Microsoft Office knowledge preferable.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted inspection framework.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming environment that promotes children's learning.
• Manage day-to-day nursery operations delivering high standards of care and education.
• Meet nursery targets with a commercial and people focus to ensure profitability.
• Lead the nursery team with a positive, development-focused approach.
• Drive continuous professional development and performance reviews.
