Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions Limited is seeking a very experienced Nursery Manager for a large, busy setting in New Malden. Excellent transport links and parking are available. Salary is around £55k depending on experience for a 40-hour week.

Essential experience includes Level 3 Early Years, 4+ years in early years with 2+ in management, Ofsted knowledge, EYFS, safeguarding and health & safety, managing teams, occupancy and budgets.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in management or team-leading role.
• Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices.
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets.
• Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
