St. George’s Nursery Group in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our nursery, ensuring high standards of care and EYFS practice, and to drive occupancy and team development.

You will inspire, coach and support your staff, maintain safeguarding, build strong relationships with children and families, and foster a positive, professional environment. We offer a £1,500 welcome bonus, a fixed-term full-time contract, 40 hours per week, generous annual leave, pension,

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• At least two years’ early years or other suitable experience.
• Experience leading and motivating a nursery team.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, professional and family-focused approach.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our nursery.

£1500 Welcome Bonus

Contract:Fixed-term
Hours:Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm
Salary:Up to £44,000 per annum + annual salary reviews and bonus opportunities
