Staff Match is supporting a well established nursery in seeking an experienced Nursery Manager in the Bicester area, Oxfordshire. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of management experience and a genuine passion for early years.

The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations, ensure policy compliance, and build strong partnerships with parents while developing learning portfolios for children aged 0–5 years. A bonus, training and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience of leading and motivating teams.
• Desirable: Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Desirable: Paediatric First Aid.

Aufgaben

• Lead responsibility for day to day nursery operations.
• Ensuring staff comply with policy and procedures.
• Partnership working with parents, building positive relationships, arranging events, drop in sessions.
• Marketing - pro-active in arranging advertising, leaflet drops etc.
• Invoicing, fee calculation, Back office, material ordering, HR, Finance.
• Manage individual children’s learning portfolios.
• Differentiating learning activities for age range 0 – 5 years.
• Leading by example and mentoring staff.
