Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions Limited in Watford is seeking an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to support the manager in the day-to-day running of the busy nursery. This role is full-time with onsite parking and excellent transport links.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Early Years qualification, at least 3 years of leadership experience, and strong EYFS knowledge. Salary ranges up to £35,300 depending on experience, with benefits offered by the provider.

Qualifications

• A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
• A minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting.
• Has experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices.
• Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting.

This lovely Nursery in cental Woking are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager, supernumerary, to support and work alongside the manager in the day to day running of this large and busy nursery. Onsite parking, great transport links.
