The Cynergy Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Care Manager for a luxury care home in Reigate, Surrey. You will lead the delivery of high‑quality residential and nursing care, overseen by a Home Manager and senior leadership team.

This hands‑on leadership role requires clinical expertise and strong management skills to develop a capable care team and maintain exceptional person‑centred care standards. Salary is up to £55,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be an RGN with an active NMC registration.
• Senior clinical or care management experience in a residential or nursing home.
• Experience leading care teams.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centred care plans.
• Knowledge of medication management and safeguarding.
• IT-literate with experience using electronic care planning systems.

Lead the delivery of exceptional residential and nursing care within a luxury care home.

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury care provider seeking an experienced RGN Nurse Care Manager to join the senior leadership team within one of its premium care and nursing homes in Reigate, Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, high-quality care home where you'll play a key role in overseeing residential and nursing care, developing a strong care team and maintaining exceptional standards of person-centred care.

Working alongside an experienced Home Manager and senior leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to influence care standards, support clinical governance and lead a dedicated team of Care Supervisors and Care Assistants.

The Role

As Nurse Care Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality residential and nursing care, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and compassionate support tailored to their individual needs.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position where you'll combine your clinical expertise with strong management skills to support residents, develop your team and maintain excellent care standards.

Key responsibilities include:

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and proven leadership experience within an elderly care environment.

Essential requirements:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC Pin.
• Previous senior clinical or care management experience within a residential or nursing care home.
• Experience leading, managing and developing care teams.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, clinical governance and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Confidence in completing clinical assessments and developing person-centred care plans.
• Good understanding of medication management, safeguarding and clinical risk assessments.
• IT-literate with experience using electronic care planning systems.
