Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead for a luxury care home in Reigate, Surrey. You will work with the General Manager to oversee clinical services, lead the nursing team, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance to deliver exceptional care.

The role requires an active NMC registration (RGN) and prior senior clinical leadership within a nursing home. You will drive high standards, support staff development and shape clinical services within a premium setting.

Competenze

• Active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Senior clinical leadership or management experience in a nursing home environment.
• Strong clinical knowledge with good understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
• Proven experience coaching and developing nursing teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, adaptable approach with ability to drive positive change.
• Knowledge of FNC and CHC applications would be advantageous.
• Experience commissioning or developing clinical services would be desirable.

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for clinical leadership and delivering exceptional standards of care? We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead to join a prestigious luxury care home in Reigate, Surrey, offering a salary of up to £55,000 per annum.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, premium care provider renowned for delivering outstanding residential, dementia and nursing care. As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee clinical services, lead and develop the nursing team, and ensure the highest standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance.

As Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and person-centred support.
• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Registered Nurses, promoting a positive and supportive working environment.

To be considered for this Clinical Lead opportunity, you will need:

• Active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Previous experience in a senior clinical leadership or management position within a nursing home environment.
• Strong clinical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
• Proven experience managing, coaching and developing nursing teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to drive positive change.
• Knowledge of Funded Nursing Care (FNC) and Continuing Healthcare (CHC) applications would be advantageous.
• Previous experience commissioning or developing clinical services would be desirable.
