Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle in Reigate seeks a qualified and registered Nurse (RGN) to lead the care team, oversee residential and nursing care, and ensure outstanding care for residents with dignity and compassion.

You will manage and develop a team of care staff, coordinate with GPs, and uphold CQC standards in a highly hands-on leadership role within a luxury care home.

Qualifications

• Qualified and registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
• Experience in elderly care or similar, with leadership experience.

Job Introduction

We’re looking for a NurseCare Manager to join our leadership team at our luxury care and nursing home in Reigate. You’ll oversee residential and nursing care, manage and develop a team of Care Supervisors and Assistants, and ensure our residents receive the outstanding care they deserve.
