Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead operations within one of the UK's most regulated environments. You will oversee security delivery, maintain regulatory compliance and drive a culture of excellence across security teams.

The role requires managing a 56-hour week with a shift pattern of four days, three nights, four days off on 12-hour shifts, and leading a shift-based workforce. Strong leadership and compliance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in protective security, security operations, supervision or operational management.
• Ability to lead operational teams and support Supervisors.
• Strong understanding of site processes, Assignment Instructions and operational requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with the workforce.
