Job summary

A leading Nuclear Project Management consultancy in Manchester is seeking an experienced Nuclear Engineer. The role involves supporting large scale projects in compliance with UK Nuclear regulations, communicating effectively with clients, and developing project execution plans. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years experience in the Nuclear sector and be eligible for SC level clearance. The position offers a flexible work environment, including both remote and client site visits.

Are you currently working as a Nuclear Engineer, with a minimum of 4 years experience within the Nuclear/Regulated sector space?

Are you based in the North West and currently have or are eligible for SC level clearance?

We are currently working in partnership with a well established growing Nuclear Project Management and engineering consultancy, they provide design, project management and consultancy services across the North West, working on large scale major projects within the Nuclear sector.

This Nuclear Engineer position is North West based and offers a mix of wfh, client site visits and head office.

Nuclear Engineer responsibilities:
  • Working as part of a Multi-disciplined team to họ deliver design, analysis and implementation in line with Nuclear safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Support engineering project delivery on large scale projects within the Nuclear sector.
  • Act as key point of contact with clients, ensuring strong clear communication, scope alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with UK Nuclear regulations, CDM 2015 and ALARP Principles.
