Job summary
Redline Group is actively seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in East Sussex for a global electronics design and manufacture client. You will lead the NPI Development team, drive cost-effective manufacturing concepts, oversee prototype builds, and coordinate with design and operations.
A degree in engineering and proven leadership in electronics manufacturing, PCBA, or box build, with SAP/ERP experience, are required.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a manufacturing/production team in electronics.
- Strong NPI/NPD experience in electronics assembly.
- Engineering degree or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI development team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Oversee PCB assembly and electronics box build.
- Collaborate with design, operations and ERP/MRP (SAP) for cost-effective manufacturing.
