Job summary

Redline Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Northamptonshire to ensure products are manufactured in a quality, scalable, and repeatable manner. Qualifications

• Experience with Surface Mount Assembly and IPC-A-610.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing defects and determine root causes.
• Perform DFMEA/PFMEA reviews for new and existing products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing defects and process failures to determine root cause and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturability.
• Interface between Engineering and Manufacturing to develop/introduce new or improved manufacturing processes.
• Attend NPI and design reviews and provide manufacturing development recommendations.
