Job summary
The Redline Group Ltd is partnering with a specialist engineering and manufacturing organisation to recruit a Contract NPI Engineer - Electro Mechanical for an on-site, full-time role in Fareham, Hampshire. You will drive new product introduction from prototype to manufacturing release, developing instructions and tooling while collaborating with engineering, quality and production teams.
The ideal candidate has proven NPI experience in electro-mechanical environments, hands-on assembly, testing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment.
- Experience taking products from prototype or pilot build through to manufacturing release.
- Strong electro-mechanical assembly, testing and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience producing manufacturing documentation including work instructions, tooling and process documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage NPI activities from prototype to manufacturing release.
- Develop work instructions, tooling, and fixtures for production.
- Support prototype builds and validate manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams.
