Job summary

Advanced Technical Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (NPI) to drive the introduction of new products into production, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and cost-efficient.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to bridge product development and manufacturing, focusing on PFMEA, APQP and process validation throughout NPI programs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality methodologies (PFMEA, APQP).

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of new products into production, ensuring industrialisation is efficient, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Drive process improvements to meet the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to bridge product development and manufacturing.
• Ensure robust process validation and governance throughout NPI programs.
