Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a qualified NPI & Field Quality Engineer for the Dudley Park Manufacturing Plant. You will connect new product development with real-world product performance, representing Quality across R&D, Product Line, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Consumer Service to ensure safe, reliable products and a great consumer experience.

You will drive early quality risk identification, define deliverables, and lead root-cause analysis, DFMEA, PFMEA, and verification/validation

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in Quality, R&D, Product Development, Manufacturing or Industrial Operations.
• Knowledge of product functionality, components, failure modes, and field quality is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality activities for assigned new product development projects and represent the Quality position at project checkpoints.
• Translate consumer, service and market insights into quality priorities and targets.
• Define verification and validation plans covering product performance and usability.
• Coordinate DFMEA, PFMEA, PFMEA, and production readiness assessments.
• Plan and carry out field tests to improve current products and support new development.
