Join Etex Building Performance as the Area Commercial Manager for the North West. This field-based role focuses on managing and developing relationships with key customers in the commercial sector, driving growth and delivering results for the region.

You will combine technical understanding with commercial acumen, working with internal teams to meet customer needs while supporting wider strategic goals. Remote working is possible with travel within the North West region.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a similar field-based sales role.
• External sales experience within the construction industry, ideally in internal finishes such as drylining, insulation, or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial performance targets across your designated area in line with Etex Building Performance’s market strategy.
• Represent the full portfolio of EBP brands to new and existing commercial customers.
• Build and maintain strong face-to-face relationships with key stakeholders across your region.
• Identify opportunities for growth and actively contribute to the achievement of regional and national sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and specification teams to offer integrated solutions.
