Etex Group is seeking an Area Commercial Manager for the North West. This field-based role focuses on managing and growing relationships with key commercial customers, delivering growth while collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.

You will combine strong sales acumen with technical understanding to meet customer needs and support Etex Building Performance’s strategic goals, with travel across the North West.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a field-based sales role with independence.
• External sales experience in construction industry, ideally finishes/insulation.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial performance targets across the designated North West area.
• Represent the full portfolio of EBP brands to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain face-to-face relationships with key stakeholders in your region.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to regional and national sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and specification teams on solutions.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to support improvement and innovation.
