Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Sales Representative based in the Northeast to drive growth by winning new business across manufacturing, food and beverage, storage and distribution, and HVAC contractors, developing key accounts and expanding market share for temperature control solutions.

You will use CRM tools to manage leads, quotes, and data, follow Aggreko’s sales process, collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering, and help build national relationships while selling rental HVAC equipment

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales experience within rental/hire sectors.
• Hunter mentality with ability to proactively win new business.
• Strong lead generation and outbound prospecting skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation skills and objection handling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within industries relying on temperature control systems.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives for HVAC equipment and services.
• Develop market coverage strategies and direct sales approaches.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering to support the Temperature Control business.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and national accounts growth.
• Penetrate existing accounts, convert competitors, and grow market share.
• Use CRM tools to manage activities, quotes, leads, and data.
• Follow Aggreko’s sales process and comply with CRM/CPQ processes.
