phs Wastekit is seeking a driven Business Development Consultant to grow its North West customer base. You will work with the Regional Sales Manager and Field Account Managers to identify, pursue, and convert opportunities while building long-term profitable relationships across sectors.

The role requires a proven hunter mindset, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a large territory with a modern sales approach.

Competenze

• Proven track record in new business development.
• Experience delivering against ambitious sales targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience managing business across a large geographical territory.
• Familiarity with modern sales methodologies.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
