phs Wastekit, a leading waste management solutions provider in the UK, is seeking a driven Business Development Consultant to grow the North West region. You will identify, develop and secure new business opportunities, collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager and Field Account Managers to build long-term, profitable customer relationships across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business development or hunter sales.
• Experience meeting demanding sales targets and growth goals.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Identify opportunities and convert them into profitable business.
• Experience managing business across a large geographical territory.
• Knowledge of modern sales methodologies.
• CRM experience, ideally Salesforce (SFDC).
• Proactive, resilient and highly motivated approach.
• Confident in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• High personal standards and professionalism.
• Ability to challenge constructively and bring fresh ideas.
• Positive mindset and drive to succeed.

• Identify, target, and win new customers while converting competitor accounts.
